Cleaning services are billed at $30 per hour, with a 2-hour minimum.

Cleaning times vary depending on the size of the home, its condition, and the scope of work requested. I can provide an estimate after discussing your cleaning needs; however, the final time and cost may vary once I assess the property's condition.

Please be honest about the level of cleaning needed. There is absolutely no judgment—an accurate understanding of the workload simply allows me to provide a realistic estimate and schedule enough time to complete the job properly.

As a general guideline:

• Standard Maintenance/Refresh Cleaning: Approximately 3–4 hours for a well-maintained home.

• Deep Cleaning: Typically 8 hours or more, depending on the level of detail requested and the overall condition of the property.

• Restoration Cleaning: Intended for homes that have been significantly neglected and require extensive cleaning, deep scrubbing, and sanitizing to restore surfaces and living spaces. These projects are typically completed over multiple days.

General Time Estimates by Area

• Kitchen appliances (interior deep clean): Approximately 1 hour each

• Bathroom cleaning: 1 hour per bathroom

• Kitchen general cleaning, no appliances: 2 hours

These timeframes are estimates only. Actual cleaning times may vary based on the condition of the home, the amount of buildup, and the specific services requested. Final cleaning time and cost will be determined after assessing the property's condition and cleaning requirements.

Some surfaces may appear dirty when they are actually permanently stained, worn, etched, scratched, or otherwise damaged. Cleaning services can remove dirt, grime, and buildup but cannot repair or restore damaged surfaces.

Clients are responsible for informing the cleaner of any delicate materials, specialty surfaces, or areas requiring specific cleaning products or methods prior to the appointment. The cleaner will use reasonable care and appropriate cleaning practices; however, the cleaner is not responsible for pre-existing damage or for damage resulting from undisclosed surface conditions or special cleaning requirements.

When services are provided by an independently hired cleaner, the cleaner's liability is limited to damage caused by proven negligence during the cleaning service.
